The Confederation of Labor of Russia cooperates with authorities and employers within the framework of the national social dialogue. Since 1995, KTR has been continuously represented in the Russian Tripartite Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations (RTK), and since that moment has participated in the conclusion of all General Agreements between the government, all-Russian unions of trade unions and employers. It is a party to the current General Agreement for the period 2021-2023.
