The Confederation of Labor of Russia is a founding member organization of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). In addition, WHO is a member of the Pan-European Regional Council of the ICCI and the Baltic Trade Union Network (BASTUN), is a member of the BRICS Trade Union Forum, is a member of the Big Twenty Trade Union, a member of the Trade Union Committee at the OECD. At the sectoral level, a membership in a number of key global unions is carried out. KTR closely cooperates with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and traditionally participates in the annual sessions of the International Labour Conference.
